We couldn't afford to go on a honeymoon when we first got married. So, we did not actually end up going until August of '97. Joseph came up with a really great idea that fit in with the cyber-wedding theme. (Everyone at the wedding joked about whether or not we were going to have a cyber-honeymoon too. ) What we did do was go to a hacker conference in Europe called Hip '97. There were lots on interesting speakers. And the neatest thing about it is it was a whole villiage of tents that were all connected to the Internet. It was a great adventure.
I will have some pictures here soon and even links to some of the lectures. The sound quality is not that great but I will see if I can get transcripts so it will be easier to tell what is going on.
