You were always totally wonderful with me. You were nothing
but good to me. You taught me things about European culture and
history and told me many interesting stories. You gave me space and time to read quietly (I got to read a
great many books from your Agatha Christi library while I visited
you). And you placed
almost no demands on me, even though I was there under the auspices of
being some kind of au pair to you. You fed me lovely meals and taught me
how to cook rabbit. You took me many historic places
and you were
always totally generous with me. You
treated me like I was a little sister
to you or even like a dear friend. I miss you so much, having found, in time,
just how unique you are. Tu me manques beaucoup! Je t'embrace! Victoria
